Week1 Day 2

Started off the day at 7:30 with 5 Egg whites
9:15am - small amount of cashew nuts and brazil nuts, apple
11am - 2 Wholemeal sandwich with turkey and spinach
1:15pm - 5 Slices Chicken (120g)
3:30pm - 2 Scoops Protein Shake
